Most orders will be shipped out within 2 to 3 business days for orders placed before 11am Pacific Time (2pm Eastern) on normal business days.

Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after receiving shipping notice.

We do not ship outside of the US.
Exchanges

We do not officer direct exchange. You must return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Returns & Refunds

All sale items are final.

We have 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after item was delivered to request a refund.

Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unworn or unused.

Myo BodyWork does not charge any restocking fees.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

To start a return, you must contact us at info@myobodywork.com. If your return is accepted instructions where to ship package will be emailed.

Items being returned to Myo BodyWork must be returned via shipping per-paid by the customer.

We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. Myo BodyWork is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Returns are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for refund to be credited back to your account.

Cancellations

Order cancellations can only be made before order has been packed. Within 30 minutes after placing your order, you will have the ability to cancel your order.
